2026 Oyster New Year

Get swept up in the great celebration of Northwest oysters at Oyster New Year 2026!

As the cloudy, cool fall weather returns to Puget Sound, the icy north Pacific Ocean current entices shellfish into their prime, creating a crisp, firm texture and clean taste characteristics.

Join us November 7, 2026 from 4-8 pm for Elliott’s Oyster House hosts its 33rd Annual Oyster New Year to celebrate the annual return of the peak shellfish season.

Oyster New Year is a not to be missed event, with 30+ varieties of local oysters shucked to order, a fresh seafood buffet, live music, and more. Learn more, and snap up tickets before they sell out!
