Microalgae Lead Technician: PSRF is seeking a full-time Microalgae Lead Technician to join our team at the Kenneth K. Chew Center for Shellfish Research and Restoration (Chew Center) – the conservation hatchery that we operate at NOAA’s Manchester Research Station on the Kitsap Peninsula. The technician will lead microalgae production – a critical foundation of the many research and restoration efforts centered at the Chew Center. Hatchery Technician: PSRF is seeking a full-time Technician to join our team at the Kenneth K. Chew Center for Shellfish Research and Restoration (Chew Center) – the conservation hatchery that we operate at NOAA’s Manchester Research Station on the Kitsap Peninsula. The technician will assist across our research and restoration efforts at the Chew Center. The main focus will be on production of Olympia oysters, followed by support for microalgae culture, facilities and operations support, participation in data collection for research projects, and field work outside of the Chew Center.
