November 7, 2009. Elliott's Oyster New Year

October 17, 2009. Oyster Lover's Excursion

Hosted by Elliott's Oyster House, more than 50 oyster lovers joined us at the Henderson Inlet Community Shellfish Farm to learn about harvesting, sorting, cleaning and of course, eating the bounty of the intertidal. Oysters, bbq, Fish Tale Organic Ale, Wooldridge Creek wines and mud-slinging good times were had by all.
